“Absolutely adore the new owners! Off-beat selection, a little pricey but the norm for convenience stores so close to Lake Anna, friendly staff. Since the ownership change there have been many staffing changes which have slowed service sometimes but the friendly cashiers make up for the delays with smiles and small talk. There is a very down home feel to this place which is a complete 180 compared to the previous owners who were rude to say the least.”

“Alot of the reviews for this must be old ! I have gone there for years they are just good old fashion people that would help anyone. Some people get upset for getting failed for state inspection and then post bad reviews. It's a well-maintained gas station!”

“My post is a few days overdue, but it’s because I had a rough few days. But Tee Tee (I’m not sure how to spell her name) was a literal lifesaver. She deserves a promotion and a raise and a bunch of extra PTO. She went above and beyond. My cellphone broke while driving from the north east to Florida and I had to make a mandatory stop to see family friends in South Carolina. It may have been the last time I would ever see them again due to their age. She let be borrow the Exxon phone to call my family let them know I was okay since I had no way of contacting them and my phone was my only GPS. She helped me with directions all the way from lady smith to off the beaten path in SC. Thanks to her I made it to my destination safe and sound. She did this all with poise while helping other costumers too without skipping a beat. I would also like to say the bathrooms were super clean too. Tee Tee did not have to go above and beyond, but she did. Such a kind sweet soul and amazing employee.”
