“About a week ago we purchased a Dodge Ram from Neighborhood Auto (formally Newberry Ford). Jason answered tons of questions, allowed us to take a long test drive, and gave us a fair price. We said we needed running boards because it was too high for me to get in and out of easily and asked if they would install them. Not only did they install them the same day we brought the truck in but also they charged us zero!!!!!!!! The no charge was particularly surprising because they were more difficult to put on than is typically the case. We had looked at the Dodge Rams other places (such as Shelors) and Neighborhood was cheaper. We highly recommend them, and Jason in particular.”

The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. Additionally, he tells me what’s up and explains what’s going on with my car which is hard to find. Repairs are always quick! I would recommend to everyone.”

But I'm sure if you've ever been by there the lot is always packed. This would be the only complaint I would have, they may take on more work than they can handle. You probably will have to wait a little longer to get a vehicle worked on here.”

A $1000 repair really only $100, couldn't be happier and more relieved. Shops in town will fork it over and find other things wrong, let real mechanics do their job and get your work done here.”
“This family run business knows what customer service means. Recently they fixed our lawn mower and my 1995 suburban. Both services where done correctly and in a timely manor. One occassion I even missed my pickup time and Austin went out of his way to ensure I could get my suburban and make it to my daughters play on time. They are very knowledgable at what they do and stand behind their work. I drive 30 minutes one way to take part in their outstanding service.”
