“Front desk was excellent. She was knowledgeable and friendly.. hotel rooms look recently renovated. They include a refrigerator and a microwave.. hotel also has an outdoor pool, but that was not ready.
Overall, excellent experience”
“People at front desk at first was a little standoffish, but after getting to know them a couple of weeks they were great. The lady that takes care of the rooms was really a awesome lady. If my job takes me back to that area I will stay again. I say again they were great people.”

“It was New Year’s Eve! A different online hotel lied to us! So we found crater inn great prices! But they had a policy and we couldn’t do it! So they gave us discount! So we had a place to stay! And the rooms were clean?”

“The room is good , just don’t book with super .com because the hotel never got the reservation. I had to wait at the front desk for an hour plus making calls to get the refund . And then pay the front desk for room.”
“I was just there waiting on the team to come we are going to do an Outreach but nobody ever showed up so I took off. It will be nice when they build up the building that caught fire.”
“I am very impressed with the improvements budget has made recently. The best thing for me was there are NO ROACHES!!! that made me the happiest women EVER! There is not a single low priced motel in this or the surrounding areas that is not infested with roaches. The building looks so much better in the blue they painted it and even the rooms had their minor repairs and upkeep done.great job best inn I think u r one of the best low end motels in the Petersburg area along with motel 6 and super 8. The Price has gone up slightly but in these times it's understandable.i would def.recommend”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access and plenty of parking. Service was exceptional and they accommodated our fur baby very nicely which we always appreciate. Breakfast was average for a Comfort Inn. Would definitely return if in the area again.”
