“The hotel is very nice. The staff work has f at keeping the place clean and it shows. There is also a free breakfast every morning. My only complaint is that the washers and dryers on each floor are constantly broken, it would be nice to have reliable laundry machines. There is also a bar downstairs with pretty good burgers!”

“My overall stay was good. The only concerns I had was the beds being dirty in both rooms. I did let the Assistant Manager know and she did take full accountability and resolved the issue immediately. However, this was my only issue. Housekeeping needs to be more conscious of using clean sheets and pillow cases for the beds . They have hair on their laundry. Make sure to just look first and definitely get a manger as soon as this happens. Hopefully, it won’t ever be an issue again for anyone . Again , the front desk attendant was phenomenal Jason and the assistant manager Erica!! So kudos to to them ?Rooms: The rooms were dirty upon arrival! Hair was in the bed and brown reddish smear marks on the sheets.Nearby activities: Burlington, Ross, Bojangles, ABC store, Ulta Beauty, Kroger, KFC, Skating Ring, Movies, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max, Petco, Panda Express,etc.Walkability: Great. You can definitely walk to a lot of these places. No vehicle needed.Food & drinks: The breakfast bar is very small. Not a lot of options. Especially for non pork or beef eaters.”
“if I could extend all my love to every single person on the staff, I would. well, I did enjoy how clean my room was and how it wasn't trouble to get it cleaned whenever I needed, the staff made everything possible. I stayed here for nearly 6 weeks and they made me feel like home more than I ever have felt being away. that goes for the nice men and women that are cleaning, that are working the front desk, that are working on everything around the hotel. and my absolute favorite part about this day was the cat that linger around the hotel, that love to be pet and fed.”

“Very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was great with several options to chose from. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The only thing was the shower wasn't that clean and the bathroom sink would clog up whenever we needed to wash our hands or brush our teeth but I was able to overlook that due to the phenomenal customer service there. Kindness goes a long way in my book”

“This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. It was a last-minute deal because the hotel that we originally booked ended up not having space for us even though we had a room reserved. I believe if I had booked the Hilton Garden Inn ahead of time, the price would have been much cheaper than what I had to pay.The bed was so soft and comfortable. When I got home to my bed, I actually missed their bed. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash smelled so good, but I loved the fact that they conserved resources and used less plastic by attaching bigger bottles to the wall to refill for each guest, rather than wasting all the travel size plastic like most hotels. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and it was not too busy like some hotels (a lot of hotels were all booked up in the area and really busy, which meant to many people and that is just not for me). They have a buffet breakfast and serve dinner for an extra charge. (Hotels with hot food are the best) I also enjoyed the indoor pool, fitness center, and hot tub. Anthony at the front desk was one of the sweetest and most helpful people I have ever met. ❤️”
“My church and I Spirit Life worship center in Prince George we stopped in there to bring food to the people and to pray for them. It's always good to help others so glad they allowed us to hand out food there. Hope all is well we'll see you again soon”

“My stars can't support how I really feel. The people that work here were all wonderful. The food at the free breakfast was some of the best I have ever had, I was not expecting everything to be so fresh and taste so good! The room had one very minor issue so I could not give it a 5. The location off of I-95 is good, but getting back to the 95 is a bear.I cannot recommend this place more if you are passing through. A wonderful surprise as stopping for the night was a last minute decision.”

“We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Southpark. Ebonni and Kayla both went above and beyond to accommodate our family and make it a wonderful stay! The hotel and room were very clean, our kids loved the pool and they had several great breakfast options. “Not a bad place, alot better then the other ones in Petersburg. Def not updated, needs new comforters and my opinion carpet needs to go, bathroom sink was new but tub is not shower worthy but there's no bugs, daytime staff was friendly nighttime guy not so much, room was clean just very outdated but I'd go here over the others in the area any day of the week. Price is great for what you get. Has ice machine but no coffee which is fine since places are nearby. Would stay again when in town for sure.”

“If there’s an issue with your room they try to be very attentive and accommodating to resolve the situation. There was a shortage of housekeepers. I often had to request clean towels and wash cloths and bed linen from the front desk. Also it’s a pet friendly place that has no extra charge for a fur baby! I really like that.”

“I am very impressed with the improvements budget has made recently. The best thing for me was there are NO ROACHES!!! that made me the happiest women EVER! There is not a single low priced motel in this or the surrounding areas that is not infested with roaches. The building looks so much better in the blue they painted it and even the rooms had their minor repairs and upkeep done.great job best inn I think u r one of the best low end motels in the Petersburg area along with motel 6 and super 8. The Price has gone up slightly but in these times it's understandable.i would def.recommend”

“This is a Hilton. My favorite. A couple of things that are not bad per se. The newly remodeled room was beautiful. The layout seemed awkward. The toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet it was a stretch. I can't see a child able to reach while seated. One of the soft close drawers for the vanity was a bear to open and close. The chair in the room was attractive but very uncomfortable. The nightstands on each side of the bed had plugs in the front for charging, etc. however they were plated in the back so you are not able to plug anything in. The shower head was the absolute best!!!! I am trying to find one like it now for my showers. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff was excellent as they always are at Hiltons. Room and common areas were spotless. I will always recommend to anyone to stay at Hiltons. The digital key is fantastic.”
“The customer service here was excellent. They were very nice to us and respectful. We ended up coming in late but helped us out right away. They also had a breakfast that we were able to make and bring with us when we were leaving to take with us on our way to leave which was very nice. The rooms were alright. It was good for the price we paid. It also is pet friendly for an additonal fee.Rooms: The rooms were good for the value and they also allow pets for an additional fee which was good for us because we had our dog with us.”

“Check in at 1:30 am and check out at 8 am. In order to continue my driving along the I-95. Slept very well and spending $70 was justified.Breakfast is very incomplete so do not raise your expectations.Rooms: Clean and simple. “I came down to visit my handsome and was able to spend more time than planned. I needed to look for a hotel, and IHG on post had availability on such short notice; I was able to check in early, too, which helped. This hotel is so lovely inside and out. It even had a stovetop and sink, too, which is nice to know for next time. For heads, finding parking after 1600-1700 can be tricky; the parking lot gets filled fast. Also, the lovely lady at the front desk did mention that once I know when I'm coming down again to try to book early because of graduations and holidays, they fill up fast. Everything was damn near perfect. I will sure be coming back soon.”
