“I had the most amazing experience today with service manager Ricky and office worker Karina.
Last night we ran out of propane. I called first thing this morning. Karina informed me that since I was a new customer it would be until mid March for my tank to be filled.
I’m a family of 6 with 4 small children so this was not the news I wanted to hear.
Karina and manger Ricky worked some magic and filled our tank TODAY! Same day as I called! I have never been so pleased with a company.
I am so appreciative of them.”

“I rented from this location and the lady there during check in was excellent in customer service. The first truck I had smelled as if a cat sprayed it and I asked if they had another available and she gave me one that she was parking. That whole experience took less than a minute. She updated the contract as promised after I left. Checking the truck back in was okay also. I was told the location closed at 8 during check-in but I got there at 740ish and the young lady was counting her tilt to leave and the doors were locked. I looked at the sign and noticed they were scheduled to close at 7 not 8. As I was about to go scan the barcode to check out the young lady got up and checked me out herself. Great experience all around.”
