“I rented from this location and the lady there during check in was excellent in customer service. The first truck I had smelled as if a cat sprayed it and I asked if they had another available and she gave me one that she was parking. That whole experience took less than a minute. She updated the contract as promised after I left. Checking the truck back in was okay also. I was told the location closed at 8 during check-in but I got there at 740ish and the young lady was counting her tilt to leave and the doors were locked. I looked at the sign and noticed they were scheduled to close at 7 not 8. As I was about to go scan the barcode to check out the young lady got up and checked me out herself. Great experience all around.”

“Theresa (over the phone) and Paul (in-person)from the Chester location helped me immensely today. I had been smelling a faint gas smell for the last few weeks and was becoming concerned that there may be a leak. I called Suburban Propane today and spoke with Theresa who helped not only get a tech out to my home to investigate and refill my tank, and help educate me on what might be going on, but also my anxiety with the situation with her calm and friendly personality. When Paul arrived at my home to help me, he filled the tank, checked the line for leaks (thankfully there were none), and educated me on what was happening, why I was smelling gas vapor, and how to prevent the issue in future. He even helped me relight my water heater pilot light because I was having difficulty getting it relit.

This has been the best service I have ever received from a utility company, if not the best service I have ever received period. Thank you so much Theresa, Paul, and the rest of the Suburban Propane team!”

“Skilled and friendly delivery on every refill. Unlike UPS and other delivery drivers ,they have never complained of difficulty accessing my property on gravel easement from paved road. Downside is, in my case, that they over-promise on the date range of a delivery. Past 3 refill deliveries have been 5 - 7 days later than I was told in their response to my requesting a delivery online.”
