“Thanks to the guy name Jesse Allen who showed me how to use the air pump. He went out of his way and helped pumped air in all my tires. I had a hard time trying to get the air in the tires. With it being a new air pump system that I didn't know how to use. He showed me how to do it correctly. I was use to the older systems. Thank you so much! Excellent customer service from Jesse Allen.!!”
“Sometimes crowded, most of the staff is nice! Prices are about the same or sometimes less. If u shop at kroger, make sure to use your kroger card u scan for a discount instore. Sometimes u can get enough credit for a gas discount.”

“I stopped to fill up with gas. Prices were higher than I’m used to in Carroll County but that is always true for Floyd County. The convenience store is well-stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks. The ladies restroom was clean. The cashiers were friendly.”

“Wonderful service and store. Staff is always extremely kind and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy, as is the parking lot. I think some of the negative reviews may be confused about which Exxon location they are reviewing. This Exxon does not have a deli or any hot/cold prepared food aside from a small cooler with lunch meats, eggs, butter, and some prepared/prepackaged sandwiches. This gas station is top notch and I would highly recommend it.”

“One of the best. We stopped by about 4:30 a.m. on Saturday 27 November 2021. The gentleman working was courteous and conscientious. The store was clean and organized...the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The employee on shift was very friendly and took pride in his work. He deserves credit...I wish I had gotten his name. Stop by this place and let them know how good they are.”

“So I went in the other day to get some gas and I was starving. I noticed that the little grill/deli in there had been turned into a chicken place. I figured I'd try it, it smelled good and looked fresh. I got a 6 pc tenders with some potato wedges and those tenders were HUGE!!! I mean it was $14.99 for the food but it was enough for me and my 19 year old son to split and both be full. It was so juicy and the breading was crispy and very well flavored. Better than any of the classic fast food chicken you can get!Don't tell my grandma... It's better than her chicken too! ?”

“I was in management for 15 years. So, I automatically picked up on the exceptional cleanliness, the products are always stocked and available. The friendly cashiers really make a regular customer feel welcome. They treat you kindly, with a warm welcome. I just got a cheese pizza with my rewards. It’s was so good. I’ll be buying more. This store is my go to and I’m grateful for the fact that they always have what I need available.”

“We were traveling s-l-o-w-l-y and carefully along this very curvy mountain road (and probably annoying the locals a lot)... needing gas but having no hope of finding it. When suddenly an Exxon popped up. My husband pulled in, filled up self-service and paid by card at the pump so we didn't see or talk to anyone...BUT we were very appreciative of your station and appreciate you being there. Thank you Exxon for helping us along our way on our mini vacay!!
