“We were on a cross-country rv trip. Right near the Christiansburg exit, we had some rv trouble. We were renting it and called the owners. They reached out to the insurance place, which gave us an estimate of 4 hours. We were on the side of the highway with kids and dogs, so the owners tried calling around themselves. Within 30 minutes, Total Car Care brought out a tow truck for the rv and someone to pick us up. Every employee we came into contact with was so helpful and friendly. They helped us find somewhere to eat lunch (which was a great recommendation) and by the time we were done eating, the rv was fixed! They were so fast, we were told the price was very reasonable and such amazing people! Thank you for turning what could have been very stressful into the best pit stop!”
