“My saviors! My battery died on a rainy Friday evening and I called Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Walmart to see if they would install a new one real quick before they closed. Auto Zone didn’t want to do it because it was raining. Pep Boys said it would take them an hour to install. These guys at Advanced Auto rolled up their sleeves and helped me out with no hesitation. I was in and out in 15 mins. They really did get me back on the road! Thank you so much.”

“The work and service here is amazing. I have 0 complaints. I brought my car in for damage to my driver side doors, front bumper, and back bumper. After work was completed i picked my car up and went home realizing my car radio would not turn off when i opened my door. I called Stonewall Collision and told them about the issue they told me to come in. They discovered there was an issue with my door handle (not included in my repairs) and replaced the handle for me free of charge for the hassle. Everyone at Stonewall was very helpful and made me feel secure that they would help me fix my car. They also worked with my complex schedule to fit me in to do the repair. I highly recommend.”

“I went into the store looking for a small drill that best suited me. Had no clue what brand nor size to buy. I seen an associate and asked for help. We walked over to the drills, it was at least 20 to 30 different types of drills. I was so overwhelmed, but the associate put my mind at ease after explaining to me the difference between all of them. “I came to this store yesterday because my brake lights were burned out. In the morning, with temperature at 35 degrees, I tried to loosen the fixture so I could replace the bulbs. This did not work. I went to Advantage to purchase the bulbs. I asked the young woman and her male coworker if they could help me get into the receptacle to insert the new bulbs. They came out to my car and got the socket loose. I ended up getting the brake lights restored. Thank you to these workers (Tracy and Lamont?) for the help they rendered. I appreciate their actions. I will continue to get my auto parts here because they gave me excellent service. Thank you!”
