“Always come here, no issues at all…. Truck broke down today, went to autozone for being closer and then another autozone that had part…. Long story short autozone screwed me, part was defective/missing o rings and came back to good ole oreillys. Y’all hooked me up and got things good as always. (First time buying parts from 2 separate autozones and still had issues with part.) should’ve drove farther to come here from where truck broke down. Not sure who was working but y’all said the part was here, when I called. before I drove and it was the correct part and all. Great small store location 100%.”

All I can say about this dealership is triple WOW. I recently purchased a vehicle ( Outback Touring 2026 ) from them and I must say that in my 73 years that this was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase that I have ever made. One day while I was there early on getting 4 new tires for my current Subrau Ashley C. came and asked if I would be interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I figured to see what was out there as a lark. I mentioned what I would be intrested in and Ashley look into it and said that there was not one within 300 miles of the dealership for sale. When I got home I called around my self to numerous dealerships in Md, NJ, PA, WVa and in Va. She was correct, there was not a one. I did my own number crunching online at various sites and came with a comfortable number I would offer when the time arose. Ashely and I texted back and forth and to my surprise the OTD price was comfortable with was within $50 of what Ashley had in mind. The vehicle had to be ordered and Ashley kept me in the loop every step of the way like clock work. She said they are looking at an August delivery date and low and behold it arrived and again Ashley continued to update me on everything that was going on and my next steps. Yesterday when we went to pick it up it was ready and waiting to come home with me. The one part I was just a tad nervous about was the finance office, Ashley introduced me to James, and again it was excellent service from James as well. There was 0% pressure to buy any add ons at all, and I do mean 0%. Maybe 5-10 minutes tops in the finance office, which a few from James and I talking about our military pasts and such. When I came out, Ashley alread had my old tags on the car and she even took the time to get in the car and set up my phone and my wife's phone and she also went over the apps on the screen, when I pulled away I was as calm and content as I could ever be. I must say with out a doubt that my next Subrau ( my 3rd), will come from Casey and I cannot thank Ashely and James enough. They were excellent representatives for Casey Auto Group. I would 1,000% recommend Casey and having Ashley as your sales person if you are in the market to purchase a new Subrau.
