“Purchased a $300 part online which ended up being incorrect. My mechanic came here to exchange it and Darius told him it could only be returned and credited to the card used for purchase. We specifically asked if it could go to store credit and then used for the correct part. He said no. So we returned the wrong one and I purchased another on my credit card. Soon after, I get an email saying the original purchase was credited to a gift card. So I call, and Darius immediately refers me to call corporate. No apology. No attempt at a solution. Just dismissed as not his problem. So I asked for a manager and he implied he was the manager, but of course after pushback I was told the manager would be back in tomorrow. This is ridiculous to tie up someone's money and then not give a damn. Do better.
Update... Store manager, Odgen (forgive my spelling), was able to get the problem resolved. Literally woke up to the refund on my card. Although I could have called into corporate and gotten the same outcome, I despise calling customer service lines and greatly appreciate not having to since this wasn't my error. Still disappointed with the service from Darius, but rating adjusted.”
“Huge shoutout to the team here! I went in today needing a replacement headlight bulb and was so impressed by the service. The gentleman who helped me had an incredible knack for knowing exactly what I needed, and I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy—he actually listened to my concerns and didn't try to upsell me on the most expensive kit. I walked out with exactly what I needed and a lot of respect for their honesty. It's rare to find a shop this trustworthy. Highly recommend”

“Came in today for wiper blades on this very rainy day and The manager John was extremely helpful and finding the right wipers and as I was outside, attempting to put the new ones on, he noticed me struggling and came out without me asking and assisted me the whole time putting on these new over-complicated wipers and while getting rained on. . after that’s finally done, the battery has died.. ?

“Great place to not just buy what you need but get real help with your car! I especially want to say Thank you Taye!! I came in all stressed about my gas milage, a light came on in the car, and I walked out with education on the variety of things that could possibly be causing this issue, the product I needed and he made sure to get me the one with the best deal. Then he did a diagnostic and put my mind at ease about what the light meant. It's not over..he then recommended a trusted mechanic, named Will, who would be able to help with resolving this issue at a reasonable price. I mean what more could i ask for?! “I lost the key to my wheel locks and stopped by to buy a replacement. The technician (Casey) I spoke with gave me the wheel lock for free, along with the Allen key to remove my center cap, at no charge. Despite being busy, he was friendly and patient.
RNR has a customer in me for life. I will definitely return when it's time to buy a full set of tires! It's so rare to receive this level of customer service in 2026.”
