“I brought my wife’s 2022 Honda Odyssey in for an interior detail, and wow — they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every inch of that van looks and smells brand new again. The seats, vents, dash, and cupholders were spotless, and even the hard-to-reach corners were shining.
The team at Just In Detail clearly takes pride in their work. They didn’t rush, they paid attention to every detail, and they were professional and friendly from start to finish. My wife was speechless when she saw how clean her Odyssey was — like it just rolled off the showroom floor.
If you want your car treated with care and come back looking better than new, Just In Detail is the place. I won’t trust anyone else with our vehicles from here on out.

“Amazing service, kind and courteous employees, and overall a very efficient and cheap method for cleaning your car. As a paying customer and a concerned citizen, however, I would highly recommend the owners of the facility install a tarp to cover the cleaning areas adjacent to the building for the employees who have to stand in the sun for extended periods of time cleaning the cars. For the immaculate work they do, I don’t think this is too difficult of a request!”

“They have clearly cleaned up their act. Went in there in early 2020 and it was a mess. Now they have a smoke shop, gambling machines, Zeros Subs, pizza and a chicken joint. The place is much cleaner now, the food is amazing and the place is never packed. It does take about 20 minutes to get your food, but that is because they are making it fresh. A good place for great food.”
“I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and I always get a great car wash inside and out. We bought a Kia 2009 from Pettie car sale lot. It was about 8 to 9 years ago and I could not ask for a better car. It had 163,000 miles and I just got rid of it about a year ago when I had to have work on it my mechanic that I’ve always used told me then that this has been a good car cause the original parts are still on it and I knew this was a 2009.I have no complaints. “I am a longtime member at the Cool Wave Carwash in Hampton. I have always been treated with nothing but the greatest respect there. In addition to the wonderful service that I’ve been getting there, the attendant by the name of Austin who was there a couple days ago was very patient while tending to the issue with me getting the machine to recognizing my car’s DV license plates. It was just amazing how he figured it out!! Now, I am able to just drive up and the gates just opens up very expeditiously! I’m absolutely very please with everyone who works there, from The very nice lady in the administration office, Jessica to the expert attendant, Austin! Thanks you for all you do. “2021 Explorer. Wash does a great job on the front, top, and sides, but like most car washes doesnt do much for the rear and I still have to clean that independently when I get home. Has a free vacuum service which is nice but the suction is shared between units so if there's alot of people it will have weaker draw.”
“Stopped by here because I noticed they had a Automatic Touch-less auto machine which I prefer over regular car washes with brushes. Just pull in and let the machine work. Looked run down and the name on the sign was something Lazer Car Wash not soaps & suds. All and all the wash did a great job despite the looks. Did not try the vacuum.”

Recommend like anywhere with coin or cash service, get a nice stack of 1s or quarters from the bank .. much better. People do like to destroy the coin changer with the crumbled up money. Stuff from the bank is perfect. Its 3$”

“This car wash just cleaned my car squeaky clean for $5. It is one of few actual “touch less” washes around with powerful blasts of wash water removing the dirt after 2 coats of effective detergent. Other washes have those brushes that have grit embedded from other car’s washes that scratch your finish. The wash even cleaned the rear under the trunk hood, where other washes have not done well. The follow-on spotless rinse was truly spotless! Without the blow dry (at the $5 price), a drive at 50 mph on hampton highway dried the car beautifully. There are NO spots on the windows.”
