“We brought our Traverse in because our rear A/C was not working. In the end it ended up being a module they had to order and then get it reprogramed. It seemed like the issue was something that isn't common and instead of giving up they went line by line and sounded like they called around to make sure they got the right part. During the time it was in the shop H & H would always call us with new developments and ask us what we would like to do and gave us their honest opinion. The price was very fair while the workmanship was beyond great. If you ever need any HVAC work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I know its become our go to for HVAC work on our cars and we will be recommending it to anyone that asks.”

“I own On Time Towing had a truck go down with hydraulic problems. Other people in the area said I had to buy new cylinders. They were not repairable. I was recommended to Williams and they had me up and running in two days with reman cylinders works perfect highly recommend them. Once again, I had a truck go down, and these great folks at Williams hydraulic services had me up and running within 24 hours. Highly highly recommend these folks.”

“The mechanics at this Jiffy Lube were truly incredible! When I came in today, I was panicking about a white smoke coming from my exhaust pipe. I have 1000s of miles on my 2021 Nissan Rogue due to my job as a courier. I gave Kate all the details of the issue and what I had done so far to fix it. She and the other mechanics were on it! They did a full synthetic oil change, brake fluid thing (I don’t remember what it’s called), tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, and an inspection for coolant and other possible leaks. They explained what other repairs needed attention with cost estimates, including telling me in terms I could understand as someone who knows nothing about cars. For instance, both my front and rear brake pads are very close to bad. Kate explained how they know this with red and yellow levels. I felt they were honest about repairs that need to be done, especially because they didn’t make it seem like everything was eminent. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.”
“I can't tell yall how kind these folks are. I took my car in this morning because I had a puddle of water in my back seat from the rain storm. I knew it would be either because of my sunroof being clogged or possibly due to a leak in my roof rack rails. They got me in and out asap. And as a single woman showing up to a mechanic shop, I always have worries that I'm being taken advantage of. These guys were amazing and they even answered a bunch of questions I had about my dad's van that also has some issues. I won't be going anywhere else and the kindness they showed me today was exactly what I needed.”
