“This Auto shop is the TRUTH...Cost for repairs are reasonable so I can care for my very old 2011...oil changes your car will glide...The waiting room is so comfortable, I don't mind waiting, watching TV, and having coffee...but guest what, they are time efficient.

“The entire Jiffy Lube Team is amazing and have excellent customer service skills! I took my daughter’s car there to get the AC charged. However, when the technician attempted to pull the car forward to be serviced, it would no longer start.The staff checked the fluid levels and provided insight on how to fix my daughter’s vehicle.
The technicians also went above and beyond to help me to move the vehicle to a parking space that would be easily accessible for a tow truck to pick it up. I would definitely recommend their services to others.”

“We brought our Traverse in because our rear A/C was not working. In the end it ended up being a module they had to order and then get it reprogramed. It seemed like the issue was something that isn't common and instead of giving up they went line by line and sounded like they called around to make sure they got the right part. During the time it was in the shop H & H would always call us with new developments and ask us what we would like to do and gave us their honest opinion. The price was very fair while the workmanship was beyond great. If you ever need any HVAC work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I know its become our go to for HVAC work on our cars and we will be recommending it to anyone that asks.”

I was recommended to Williams and they had me up and running in two days with reman cylinders works perfect highly recommend them. Once again, I had a truck go down, and these great folks at Williams hydraulic services had me up and running within 24 hours. Highly highly recommend these folks.”

She helped me select the best tires for my vehicle for the price range I was looking to fit into. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was very thorough and did great work. When I picked up my vehicle, they both briefed me on other maintenance my car would require in the near future. Both of them worked above and beyond what was required to get the work done in time for me to pick up on the same evening I dropped it off. I've been to a few Tire Choice locations in the past, but this team has earned my loyalty.”

“I can't tell yall how kind these folks are. I took my car in this morning because I had a puddle of water in my back seat from the rain storm. I knew it would be either because of my sunroof being clogged or possibly due to a leak in my roof rack rails. They got me in and out asap. And as a single woman showing up to a mechanic shop, I always have worries that I'm being taken advantage of. These guys were amazing and they even answered a bunch of questions I had about my dad's van that also has some issues. I won't be going anywhere else and the kindness they showed me today was exactly what I needed.”
“First let me say I didn't read past reviews before choosing Tire Choice Auto Service. Two months ago I had a strange problem when I was adding air to a tire after the weather temperature changed. Instead of adding air the pump malfunctioned and almost completely deflated my tire. Rather than risk another filling station pump I googled for a tire shop just in case I needed additional assistance. Tire Choice on E. Pembroke was top of the list. I limped in and went to the counter to explain my issue. The manager I believe Jackie had me pull up to the bay and she checked and inflated the tire double checked the valve stem said it must have been a faulty air pump. And no charge for the "rescue" service. Two weeks ago I was hearing noise from the front end, everyone including google had an opinion of what it might be. Well I knew I wanted a tire rotation to get better wear on the tires. So I made an appointment with Tire Choice for a Saturday morning. I pulled in a few minutes early turned over my keys and was told likely 90 minutes. 4 wheel balance, rotation, test drive to see if they could isolate the noise I was hearing.
I walked down the street to the Buckroe Coffee Co. "see my review" after a relaxing 90 minutes my car was ready. No sound was heard by the technicians. Isn't that always the way? And for a super reasonable price I was on my way. And... I don't hear the noise!
As I said at the beginning I didn't read the past reviews and if I had, I would've probably gone somewhere else. But not everyone gets to have the same experience every day and situation is different. Things happen and I find that if you try most businesses will do the best they can to satisfy their customers. Thanks to everyone at Tire Choice E. Pembroke Ave. I would give you more than 5 stars if google allowed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
