“Diamond in the rough. Enjoyed the hunt of fashion.i found 3citems that were brand new. If clothes items are there over 2 months, its 1/2 price. They give you a punch card and after its full, they give you $25 off your purchase.”
“Great prices & daily sales. Recently closed for an overdue cleaning & restocking. Not enough parking. Cute selection of baby, & toddler items. Very friendly staff that are all volunteers. Parking is always an issue”
“Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, understanding owner and great quality products. Very much appreciated the patience when I had to refund a larger purchase.”
“The place is awesome, 100% of the proceeds go to the homeless men in the Penninsula rescue mission shelter . A great place to browse with new inventory EVERY SINGLE WEEK . AND THE STAFF are absolutely splendid. Answered all my questions and met my expectations on what customer service should be . Reasonably priced items , faith based mission, great staff , warm atmosphere. What more could you ask for in a consignment / thrift . GOD BLESS”

“The store is clean and well organized. For a thrift store they have really good quality used or even new items. They also do a good job of having the prices marked and keeping the checkout lines moving.”
“Maranda was very sweet and kind, my first visit ever and she was so helpful. I was skeptical going in and didn’t know what to expect, but Maranda was great in helping with any of my concerns that I had. From someone that doesn’t live around the area, she was helpful in helping me find anything I was interested in, thank you so much for taking the time out to help an out of towner ?, if anyone stops in please give her a warm hello, outstanding customer service and support.”
“Great customer service!! You're buying used furniture so you get what you pay for, thats where the 90 day warranty really came in handy. Unfortunately we had a situation where we bought a washer dryer set that stopped draining water within the first week. Ron and Don came out multiple times to try to fix it, and then had to swap them out multiple times until one worked! They were always readily available, patient, and willing to work with us. Lugging 3 different washer dryer sets up and down a flight of stairs isnt for the light hearted so we really appreciated their dedication into making sure we were satisfied! Now 6 months later, washer dryer set works great! Thanks again Ron and Don!”
“Employees are very respectful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I can usually find what I am looking for. Ppl who complain about the prices are cheap.”
“Standard Goodwill. Clothes are organized by size and color. Overall, the store could be cleaner. The color which is on sale never seems to be on the shelves -- even on the first day of the sales at opening.”
“Cutest little shop with a variety of furniture and gifts. Was able to knock several people off of my Christmas lists in one stop. Sweet lady inside said things change regularly so I will be back!”

“I enjoy thrift shopping because I never know what I'll find. The volunteers are friendly and helpful. There is always a good selection of just about everything and anything you would want. I love going through this shop and always find something of interest. Prices are very reasonable. I no longer work in Poquoson and have moved to Richmond so I don't get to go as frequently as I did. This place is still my favorite thrift store and I sincerely miss going for my weekly shopping trip.”
