Needed to open an estate account with Truist. I worked with Devante Dixon in Poquoson, VA and he could not have been more helpful. He made the process incredibly easy. He answered all my questions and was very professional.

I had a positive experience setting up a new account quickly.

I just spent an hour or 2 with Tiffany ,The manager at the bank . She was friendly, positive, and upbeat throughout the entire difficult process. By the
Way, she completed it excellently. Even though my problem had been addressed by others. And had dragged on for months.
  Thanks Tiffany!
