“Royal Farms & Keystone Fireworks Tent
I stopped in around noon today for lunch at Royal Farms and had a great experience all around.
The chicken was excellent as always, but they happened to be out of macaroni and cheese and honey mustard packets. One of the employees, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, went above and beyond by filling a small cup with honey mustard from the deli squeeze bottle so I could still enjoy my meal. That simple act of customer service really stood out. All three ladies working today were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be stopping back the next time I’m passing through.
While I was there, I also visited the Keystone Fireworks tent set up in the parking lot. Zy was absolutely fantastic. She has an awesome personality, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to recommend fireworks for the occasion without making me feel rushed. I also learned that Virginia doesn’t allow the sale of aerial fireworks, but they had an impressive selection of ground-based fireworks that more than made up for it.
If you’re passing through, I highly recommend stopping for some of Royal Farms’ fried chicken and then checking out the Keystone Fireworks tent. Great food, outstanding customer service, and an all-around enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back.”
