“Came to this store for the first time a week ago to check it out. Amazing store! And the owner was so nice! I was waiting on my gender results back for my baby, and we got to talking about what gender I was hoping for and she was so excited for me. It was very wholesome. I know the gender now so I can't wait to go back and tell her! I also got 1 pair of maternity shorts and 3 pairs of pants for my son and the total was $4. Literally doesn't get better than that!”

“I had an amazing experience at this store today! I had ordered several items online and they did not fit. The woman working kindly took care of the return in about a minute and suggested I browse the store. I went on the sales floor and I very friendly guy helped me and with his help I picked out twenty shirts and pants. Checkout was quick and the same woman who helped me before scanned a coupon that took off one hundred dollars! Absolutely the best experience at a clothing store in over a decade!”
“I definitely recommend the JC Penney salon in the Greenbrier mall for any ladies hair cuts! I always use Mary Beth as she is an excellent stylist and has been cutting hair for 40+ years! She is a sweet lovely soul. 5 star recommend her! She has done darkening dye, highlights and balayage in the past years in addition to cuts and trims.”
“One of our favorite stores for shopping!!! They have an awesome kids/babies section! I have a 3 year and a set of 2 year old twins. Perfect place to make sure they stay looking cute LOL. And of course I take a lap or two around the women section. Hahah from business attire to lounge wear, I never know what clothing items sneak to the register with me. They always have a sale going on which is a plus to my bank account. The store is easily accessible as well. Park at the main entrance and walk straight back to the right and you're there!!!”
“Excellent store. The staff was very helpful. I find a great collection of Big and Tall men's clothing. Very high quality and the discounts that are available really helps with the budget. Danayea was the CSR that assisted me when I was checking out. She was very helpful and was very patient with me. I salute this store in the Greenbrier Mall.”

“Some hidden gems found there; but their system for purchasing clothes seems like it could be changed/updated. Also, had A LOT of winter based clothing and not a whole lot of current/next season (summer into fall). Don't know if it's just this store in particular, or all locations like this, but definitely would go back to find more gems like a full set of new w tags Nike apperal for babies. The staff was absolutely phenomenal in helping as well, even while busy with other things going on. Will be back!”
“Overall I have had good experiences at this once upon a child. It is very clean and organized and it is easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is also very friendly. I will say that I am always surprised at how expensive certain items are when they have all been used previously. Used shoes for kids are ridiculously expensive and some of them don’t look like they are in the best condition. I wish it had cheaper prices across the board. Some items seem very reasonable to me while others are way over priced for something that’s been used and not necessarily in great condition.”

“The absolute best place to shop for your home or kids. Ms. June is wonderful. We would come here and make a gift basket every time one of our friends or coworkers had a baby shower. We made a point to come in after coffee almost every Saturday for five years. Cannot recommend enough!”
