“I had a very great experience with Allegra's Gallery. When I went, there were plenty of dress options in different styles and colors and all of them were super cute! The dresses were also all very affordable which is always amazing. Since Allegra's Gallery is by appointment only, the experience was more personalized and I received great customer service. I tried a few dresses that I was interested in and found one I did not think I would like but ended up loving!! The dress was not in my size but it was very very easy to order the dress in my size before leaving. Allegra's Gallery also offers dress alterations if needed. I high recommend Allegra's Gallery :)”

“Brooks Brothers has always been a favorite. Dating back to early 2000 when all of my business shirts were purchased from them. Now I do more mail order.Find them located in Virginia Beach Town Center behind the Cheesecake Factory with off street parking and free garage parking.Today I had a few gifts to pick up and no surprise the experience was exceptional. They had 30% off, plus clearance items on Christmas Eve and was open late afternoon. The clerk was knowledgeable about the products and stayed with me to assist. I was also surprised they had plenty of staff given the day. I had also purchased a blazer for my son just weeks before.Checkout was smooth and Brooks Brothers has the best gift boxes, they are beautiful. A hard copy receipt was placed in the bag.If you desire classic upscale quality clothing BB is a great place to start.”

“I was the second person in line to pay, one cashier handling a return & purchase, and the second cashier was removing clothes from hangers too busy to ring in my purchase. After waiting through loooong transaction, the cashier who waited on me look mean, and unhappy to be there. Finally then she called for backup to help at register. Another issue arose when paying with credit card where they both gave me wrong information without seeking help from a manager. The white long hair girl was being particularly sassy even though she was incorrect. Even though I received poor customer service by the two cashiers working, a manager noticed my irritation and quickly wanted to figure out what happened. After speaking with manager and explaining the situation, I left feeling heard. The only reason why I'm writing this review is to commend the manager who stepped in and diffused an unpleasant interaction.”

“We went to shop for our 2 girls for back to school. We got their hair cut at the salon & the stylist was very sweet to our babies. The only thing I had negative to say was it was quite difficult to find someone to ring us up. Other than that, it was a great experience. Side note: there are some areas taped off right now due to the roof leaking but have several contractors working diligently to repair it.”

“I Love Once Upon A Child, especially the Virginia Beach Red Mill Location. Once upon a child has been amazing and a true life savior, especially for my budget!! Their items are always in great shape and at a great price. I always seem to find great items and walk out happy each and every time! I shop here literally every month and sometimes just stop in each weekends, just to see if I find another amazing item! I have purchased tons of clothing, from newborn onesies, snowsuits, great outfits, sweaters, coats, summer swimwear, sun hats, shoes and toys! One day while shopping I brought tons of their amazing toys that were in excellent shape, had all the parts, and at a great price! If you are a mom or grandparent on a budget, and need to shop for your baby or child, this is the store for you! You will always walk out with a smile!! “The aisles were pretty tight. That's probably my only complaint. It was just a little shop that had stuff. We bought some shark teeth. There were some older people working there who were nice. The spot is along the beach boardwalk so it was nice to just pop in while we were at the beach. It's not a huge place but has some things. Good luck!”
