Employees there are not always knowledgeable, and it's hard to find help

I am not usually a big fan of this location because they never have sufficient stock and some of the employees are extremely rude. However recently I had to visit this location cause it’s closer to home and we are currently in a project. Desire and Jermaine Creekmore were both Extremely professional, patient and courteous during our several visits in the last 3 weeks. Thanks for finally hiring quality customer care associates. They are the reasons for my 5 stars.. Still disappointed in the lack of stock. This is store # 1593

As always, some employees have an attitude, and they aren't ready to help you. It would be so nice if I worked for corporate and be their secret shower.
Lowes has gone downhill since Ceo Niblock stepped down.
