Why do you let cars pull up and sit at the window when their prescription isn’t ready? The point of the drive thru is for convenience not to make 6 people wait 30 minutes plus for their prescriptions that are already ready.

It is sad to have to lock up bath soap then have to wait for someone to come unlock the door. We waited at least 10 min mo one came. I don't blame the poor casher she was busy waiting on customers. I really hate to go in Walgrees .You need to get extra help.
