“I changed my insurance and I’m not able to use the closer Lab Corp or Quest labs that I was accustomed to, seeing this lab was close and part of my insurance I decided to try them. The welcoming decor was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and the staff were all very nice. I received copies of my labs before receiving notice from my doctor’s office. I’ve gone to both their Sterling and Ashburn locations and had similar experiences.”
“Very pleased with the personalized service.There is only one issue. I went to their Ashburn VA location. Google maps takes you somewhere else. In fact it took me to the Ashborough Luxury Apartments and I got lost. I lost 15 to 20 minutes to find the right place. Clinical Diagnostic Labs should either ask Google to correct their maps, or they should post a map on their website and ask customers not to follow Google.”
“We've had to have bloodwork a couple times so far and the lab techs are super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The lab is very clean and organized. It is located next to the pharmacy and has a little kiosk next to the door to check in. While nobody greets you until they open the door to take you back, rest assured there are two techs behind the door and will get you in and out in a timely fashion. You pay a lab fee before the labs are drawn. Very happy with our visits.”

“Quick, easy, and painless. That is all you can really hope for with a lab appointment. I received a text prior to my arrival to check-in from your phone. That was a seamless process, and my orders were all in the computer. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Later that day, I had a tiny localized bruise that disappeared quickly. This was a better experience than the location on Market St and the one in Countryside.”

“I did look at the reviews before I went to this lab, and honestly, I was a little hesitant because of the unfavorable reviews, but I’ve been going back-and-forth the past six months and I’ve never had an issue with long wait times for disrespectful staff. I’m literally in and out within 15 minutes, even when there’s people there. The front desk lady also draws the blood, but that doesn’t take away from the quick and easy experience.”
