“At first I wasn’t sure this was a Verizon store for new phones but it is!! The staff here is amazing, I came first thing in the morning and it was empty, no wait at all! My new phone took 2 hours to transfer so I went home for a bit and came back. When I came back they had three customers in the store, two being helped and one waiting. The one waiting (mind you he was at least 60 years old) threw an absolute tantrum because he was waiting for more than 15 minutes. The workers here handled it with ease and professionalism, and the big man baby removed himself from the store (wait til he goes to Westchester Commons the wait there is over an hour!).
