“I went in 8/8/26 to have my Galaxy Z Fold Ultra activated, and walked away with so much more! I got a free watch to go with it, and 2 free phones!!! I've been a customer with T-Mobile about 13 plus years now, and when I tell you, my sales rep Q was the best I've ever encountered thus far, and I mean that. He was knowledgeable, informational, and not only set up my phone, but he even convinced me to take advantage of the buy one phone line, get one free, so my kids are set up with their own phone lines. Then to top everything off, he also convinced me try to apply for their T-Mobile credit card even though I just knew it wouldbedenied, but I got approved!!! Talk about phenomenal customer service, just over and beyond!!! I truly felt appreciated as a loyal customer, and not just another number. Thank you Q, for all that you do, you are the best!

I don’t know why people are leaving such rude reviews expecting five star service. All in all the people have been extremely nice and they’ve always had the things I’ve needed and the little restaurant attached to. It is awesome as well.”

“I went into CVS Centraila this morning to pick up meds for my husband and return a mascara that I purchased last weekend. It was fairly early and there was one young man by the name of Jamari working. I went to
The back and retrieved my husbands meds first. When I finished, Jamari was on an aisle doing something with stock. He was very busy and I interrupted him to return an $11 tube of mascara. I felt really bad.

I did not have my receipt, but I thought he could look it up with my CVS card. He had me insert the debit card I used but my item could not be found. I was pretty sure I used that account, so I checked my bank account and it showed up. He asked me if the receipt was emailed. I went to check and my email wouldn’t open. I had to restart my phone. I asked him if it would show in my CVS account and he told me it would. When I tried to open my account it wanted me to sign in. I tried, but apparently I couldn’t remember my password, so I had to look it up. Remarkably, before I finished signing in, the app opened with Face ID. Jamari walked me through the app and we found the card number. It was not any of my cards. Now, I am baffled. Jamari asked if I used Apple Pay. I said, you know-I think I did.” He told me to use my phone on the scanner. Ta-da!! Through all of this and all the time it took, Jamari was the kindest and most patient. I told him he really needed a tip for his help. I know it was his job. However, he was above and beyond kind. I want to make sure he receives accolades. He really deserves it.”
