Everyone has an off day or two on occassion. The difference is they care to fix it.
Customer service is extremely disappointing at this store!! The manager could care less! Minus George, he seemed to be the only one who cared.
Let me give the back story.....
On July 19th I came in to pick up a 45 gallon 3 point sprayer, item # 124438. Inventory on the website showed 1 instock. I have a 2 hour round trip to get to this location, closest one to me. Well, the one in stock I am told is missing parts and not able to be sold. OK, no big deal. Paula proceeds to take down all my information and is going to have one transferred in for me. Said my name will be on it and won't be sold to anyone else.
3 weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call on August 9th. I don't know who I spoke to but I asked about my order. She said she could find it but said she had 3 in stock. Unfortunately, I left sunday for vacation for a week and could get back, cause they are 2 hrs round trip away from me. Today, I come into the store. Another 2 hr trip, guess what, they have none. Manager doesn't care to even be bothered by this problem, she's too busy. Wish I could have got her name but she was too worried about questioning me over who I talked to....
Well, after she disappeared, her employees continued to try and figure out what happened. They found my paperwork, finally, they said it wasn't in the system properly and showed a transfer came in, but was obviously sold to someone else. I was never called or notified. It's quite obvious that the employees failed the customer but the manager didn't care. At. All.
I asked for the manager to come back to see what we could do to make this right. The next units wouldn't be in until Sept 9th. That would require a 3rd trip down with little faith in the process at this point. George called her back up and I waited 10 mins. She never came.
Agri supply is a joke, except George, he tried. The rest don't care.
I'll spend twice as much somewhere else now just so they don't get my money.”
“All the harbor freight stores that are within driving distance to me this is the one with the friendliest staff. They are always polite and courteous to me. This store is also always clean and organized you never have a problem locating what you came for.”
“This was an excellent experience. I was having difficulty finding screws for a modular table. The gentleman who assisted me knew the problem. He saw that I needed metric rather than inches. He could tell by simply looking. Problem solved! I found my favorite hardware store. No more big box stretches for me.”

“I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.”

“Do not go here before your appointment time. They won't take you. There are 2 truck stops on your way into this place though on the same exit Park and walk into receiving office. They will assign a door. Easy backup. About an hour to unload. They turn your light green and leave your paperwork in the trailer”
