“Overall the staff were extremely helpful, quick and always there when I needed to ask anything. Everything was easy to set up, access and move-out was easy. Although, as we were moving out I needed to use the outside restroom which is great they provide. You can tell it was once nice and clean. But it smelled of urine, toilet paper pieces everywhere, no toilet paper or soap. Still prefer this over my last storage.”
