“These dudes are great. They finished filling my Pod in less than 3 hours. They far exceeded my expectation and provided value well beyond the services paid for. It's rare to find people you pay by the hour that don't try and milk the clock. Both of the guys were overly polite and extremely hard working. I was impressed by how strong they were, they made light work of some pretty heavy pieces of furniture. I highly recommend them and will be saving their number for the future.”
“I had a great experience over the last 3 years with Smartbox. In 2021 we sold our home and had 2 boxes delivered on time right in our driveway. We packed them floor to ceiling and they picked up right on time. We accessed them once at their facility, where they placed them in the parking lot for easy access. I closed out the account when we picked up the contents ourselves and hauled to our new home. After 3 years the contents looked exactly as we packed them. No leaks, tumbles, etc.
My only complaint is that our destination was further from the warehouse than anticipated (2.5 hours) and they could not deliver without using a partner that wanted an insane amount ($2500) to deliver to a local warehouse, not my driveway. Obviously we picked up ourselves and just drove it to the new house.
I'd use them again if I knew both locations would be within their delivery area.”

“I would recommend upack relocation cube. The process is pretty automated and easy to use. My cubes arrived on time and the service representative were accommodating to my scheduling needs. I moved from the west coast to the east coast and the process was a breeze. I would recommend ordering 2 cubes if you arent sure how many you need because if you don't use it they don't charge you for it.
The only problem I had was 1 of my cubes was old and rustic making it hard to close.”

I am writing this review, because Kim in the service department went out of her way to make and keep an appointment for me to bring my Isuzu over 100 miles to get serviced. The work was done properly and on time, thank you Kim!”
“Our company has used ODF for incoming and outgoing shipments for about a year now and the service is outstanding. Our rep is Marsha White and she makes shipping effortless. We don't even bother to get quotes from anyone else. The rates are always fair and the process is seamless. We can't say enough good things about ODF and we're so glad we found them.”
“I am so glad I contacted my local Allied Van Lines who actually sent out an estimator Patrick to my home. He provided me with very detailed information about the whole moving process. Downsizing after 35 years into a smaller home out of State was a challenge. Allied Van Lines driver and helpers made sure our furniture was completely wrapped and handled with care. Happy to say, nothing was damaged. I went with Allied Van Lines because I spoke to a live individuals in the Richmond office throughout the process. The entire staff were 5 star with customer service. The driver also kept me informed after pickup and before delivery. Not planning on moving again, but if I were Allied Van Lines would be my first call.”

“I rented from this location and the lady there during check in was excellent in customer service. The first truck I had smelled as if a cat sprayed it and I asked if they had another available and she gave me one that she was parking. That whole experience took less than a minute. She updated the contract as promised after I left. Checking the truck back in was okay also. I was told the location closed at 8 during check-in but I got there at 740ish and the young lady was counting her tilt to leave and the doors were locked. I looked at the sign and noticed they were scheduled to close at 7 not 8. As I was about to go scan the barcode to check out the young lady got up and checked me out herself. Great experience all around.”

“Overall the staff were extremely helpful, quick and always there when I needed to ask anything. Everything was easy to set up, access and move-out was easy. Although, as we were moving out I needed to use the outside restroom which is great they provide. You can tell it was once nice and clean. But it smelled of urine, toilet paper pieces everywhere, no toilet paper or soap. Still prefer this over my last storage.”
“I have used this location multiple times over the years and every single time is an amazing experience! They have always been extremely professional, friendly, and Knowledgeable! I have used other rental car locations and and companies and none of the compare to the experiences I've had with them! Gerald and Stephanie are amazing to work with and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! If you need a rental or moving truck this is definitely the location to do business with!”
