U-Haul Moving & Storage at Oaklawn Blvd is a great facility in a convenient location. The manager and staff are incredible, extremely helpful, friendly, flexible, and exceptional. Customers report that the team cares about what they are doing and how they treat people, providing excellent customer service. The equipment is kept in excellent condition. The facility is clean for the most part, though there have been minor notes about trash outside a unit. The staff helps customers figure everything out, explains documents, and ensures a quick start. Many customers are repeat users who plan to use and recommend this site again, not just for the moving and storage solutions but because they actually like the people working there.
I had an amazing experience here. I needed a last-minute U-Haul and was able to get everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. The store manager, Luke, was extremely helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. He was very insightful and went the extra mile to assist me. I will definitely be back for my next move!
