“Our 2007 Pilot was an owner retained total loss. No body shop I contacted in Richmond would give me the time of day because they all deal exclusively with insurance. The initial price Wood's quoted me was a little less expensive than the quotes I had received before it was deemed a total loss and insurance was not going to be involved. I let them know that I was not looking to have it repaired to the pre-crash condition but to a safe and drivable state. They worked with me to get it down to a price I could afford. When I picked it up, I was thrilled at what they had done. They definately underpromised and overdelivered on this job. Well worth the drive out to the county and so nice to have a shop that is working for their customers instead of the insurance companies. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who has a need.”
