“Our 2007 Pilot was an owner retained total loss. No body shop I contacted in Richmond would give me the time of day because they all deal exclusively with insurance. The initial price Wood's quoted me was a little less expensive than the quotes I had received before it was deemed a total loss and insurance was not going to be involved. I let them know that I was not looking to have it repaired to the pre-crash condition but to a safe and drivable state. They worked with me to get it down to a price I could afford. When I picked it up, I was thrilled at what they had done. They definately underpromised and overdelivered on this job. Well worth the drive out to the county and so nice to have a shop that is working for their customers instead of the insurance companies. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who has a need.”

“Can't say enough about woods Auto Glass, yes they are local to us in Providence forge but they are fantastic. We had to bring our car back in to get a rear view mirror put back on and they took us in right away and took care of us, really appreciate them!”
“They replaced a bulb and inspected my vehicle in a timely manner. However when paying my card was declined multiple times so I had to use an alternate method and the staff seemed very annoyed at the whole situation. Could be friendlier.”
“I've used Crewe's twice. Both times they got me in on the same day for service. Once for putting on a new tire and just a few days ago getting two plugs in my truck tire. Both times they were super efficient and their prices for things are much lower than other auto repair shops. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future!”

I took my truck to Phoebus Auto Car Care (Phoebus,Va) back in September 2020 for them to Diagnose the problems.. Ended up being - Needed Engine replaced ..if I had to come out with 3k for a used high mileage Engine, Why not pay a little more for a New Engine..Thanks to Joe Nguyen for pointing me to Jasper Engines..It was ordered 1st of October 2020, Got to shop 1st of November 2020..I told them to take their time in getting it done.. I am Very Pleased with the Outcome.
