In general, banking with them has been good. They've been one of my banks for decades. They are very similar in most terms to other banks. You can get free checking with a small deposit. You don't have to maintain a certain amount with the free basic, as you do for others or savings. Staff would gladly help.”

“I've been banking here since I started working 20 years ago. Back then, they were Blue Ridge Bank! I've had my savings account since then. I opened my checking account with them in 2017 and I've always had a great experience with them. The manager, oh man...he is the absolute BEST! He helped me open a credit card with them and I've had such a great experience and I was terrified to open a credit card because of my past experiences but he assured me that if I paid the full amount, I wouldn't be charged interest which I had NO idea. I'm not great with finances as in, trying to build credit. I'm great with saving and paying stuff on time though. Overall, this is a bank I will stay with for the rest of my life and will keep recommending to people.”
