“I ran over a sharp object that deflated my tire in about five seconds. I was stranded about a half mile away from Hogan & Sons. I called them to see if they had a tire that would fit. They did and they agreed to stay late on a Saturday to give me time to get there by tow truck. They changed my tire and got me back on my way. I had my dog in the car and a bunch of groceries that would’ve prevented me from making the 3 mile walk home. These guys saved my bacon. I could not be happier.”

Quickly with a few questions and wingdings they knew exactly what it was. Little did they knew we had a mechanic come and see it before hand and said it was the fuel tank. These guys said exactly the same thing the mechanic said it was and all they did was put an ear and smacked a barrel ?. I was really surprised when they dropped off the vehicle in the tight spot they were in, he whipped that tow around like a pro! And I drive a 40 ft vehicle so I was impressed! “I broke down on a Sunday, had my vehicle towed to Saville's. I had it towed to them because they had the best reviews. Monday morning they worked on it right away. I was up and running by lunchtime. I thought for sure like any other company they would have it for days. They did not disappoint, great service, great communication. Great to deal with.”

“It was long overdue for me to cut ties with the dealership and find a local shop for my 2013 vehicle. Knowing my area had plenty of good auto repair options, I turned to social media for recommendations. Many suggestions were shops I’d driven by or heard of, but one in particular stood out because I had never seen or heard of them before. This is a small, local shop with a hardworking, dedicated, and honest staff. They didn’t try to upsell me unnecessary repairs; they simply explained what needed to be done and the timeline. All repairs were completed without any issues. Chris is an excellent mechanic and a genuinely good person, and the owner, Tim, is equally wonderful. They were real people who could relate to me as a customer and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage.

The original estimate from the other shop, not to be named, missed a bunch of stuff that was damaged. Derek and the keen eyes at Terry's detailed and documented all of the damage so that the vehicle was fixed appropriately and completely.

Couldn't even see where the wreck had happened.

With cars costing more than mortgages now...best to take your investment to someone that knows their stuff and cares. I manage several vehicles as part of a fleet and the good folks at Terry's have fixed 7 or 8 at this point. Wouldn't take a car anywhere else.”

“My daughter, wife, and I flew into town to get her back for college. The car was left in a gravel lot for 14 weeks.
Long story short, mice had chewed a grounding wire from a wiring harness into the block that left the car not only undrivable but rear wheels locked with the electronic parking brake.
I called VIP and spoke to Gail about our situation. She kindly offered to have Ken come out on his lunch break and take a look. That’s so rare these day and so kind to even offer.
I was able to identify the ground wire issue and do a chewing gum and band aid repair to get it rolling.
Took it to Walsh’s to do a proper repair today.
Ken made it a real wiring repair and wouldn’t even let my daughter pay him!
