“My dog and I have been frequenting the Purcellville location for a couple of years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The doggie wash is such a great option! I much prefer the store set up to bathing my dog at home. My dog prefers the store doggie wash too; much quicker since the water pressure helps to clean the soap off quickly. The area is well-thought out as far as layout and supply access. You can tell that the staff cleans the area well after each wash. The tubs are disinfected, cleaned of debris and dried before the next customer comes in. You can't beat the price of the doggie wash when supplies and clean up are handled for you!”

“We used them for in home services, for our cat and two dogs who are rescues. I felt so comfortable being away knowing our fur babies were being well taken of. Also seeing their experience with handling nervous dogs put me at ease. I got updates and pictures.
