Wish I could give zero stars. Truly the slowest, worst branch I have ever been to. I moved all of my money to a different bank specifically because of how slow and incompetent THIS branch is…that’s how bad.

I opened an a/c with them six months back. The online services are pathetic, ATM mostly does not have money to withdraw. Zelle service is never......available. credit cards don't pay u back well comparatively. Had to shut down all my services with Truist. Do not recommend to any one.

I came in today to open a debit account. Andrea made it so easy and painless. I was in and out in thirty minutes. She even helped me set up the Truist app. It was my first time opening a bank account. She answered all my questions and was so helpful. 10/10 wonderful. She was just great. The experience was amazing.
