“I always have great experiences here. I send anywhere from 15-50 packages out each month for my small business and the two ladies working are always so kind and helpful. Katie and Matthew spent time this morning looking into a lost package for me/my customer and gave me individualized attention to try to get to the root of the issue. This place treats you right.”

“EDIT Dec.2025... Just wanted to add that we still see nothing but great service here. From the staff at the counter to our carrier, Matt. Matt never complains and is always friendly to us. This also includes any subs driving for him. Nice job Edinburg USPS...........EDIT: Now 8 years since we moved here and my opinion has not changed. Great service from good folks here...........We've lived here for less than 3 years now but have had good luck with this post office and staff. What a difference from the one we used in Manassas to here. EDIT: Since I wrote this over a year ago this small post office continues to impress. Nice folks and efficient. They go out of their way to assist you and their deliveries are always done by carriers who go out of their way to do the job.”

“I have experienced mail service from all over the USA and the best service I have ever received is right here in Mount Jackson, VA. Everyone I have met at the Post Office and the different carriers I have had here all show that they actually care about customer service and practice it on a daily basis.”
“I live just a little north off 42 but my sister lives there so I come that way to visit her or to go to Harrisonburg. I stop fairly often at this PO and the last two stops I dealt with Mike at the window. Both times, and I'm sure others in the past, Mike has shown to be very friendly and efficient. His friendly small talk is appreciated. I've never had a bad visit there but Mike certainly has been great to deal with. Sorry, I wish I had his last name.”
