“I showed up at this Verizon when they were closing. Fortunately for me and my family, Josh and Nae were working tonight. instead of sending me off with my broken phone they offered to help me anyways even though they were about to lock the door. I am beyond grateful for their diligence, compassion and care for my situation. If you need to find a Verizon store that will take their time and help you with everything you need this store in New Kent Virginia is your place to go. THANKS AGAIN YALL!!!”
