Staff liked to play games when it came to communicating anything. If you have to rent off campus price Williams is probably the lesser evil of all three. Rented with them for 3 years and barely got a deposit back after move out.

The apartments are really nice and I wont take that any from them. In terms of the move out they will over charge you for a clean up fee and try to get over.
