The experience of coming to a new-to-you yoga studio can be extremely nerve wracking, but Beloved is truly a sanctuary. Every age, race, body, gender, and skill level is welcome and you really feel that. I’m so grateful I found my way to this studio!
We created Beloved Yoga as a sanctuary to discover peace within through the timeless Yoga and Ayurveda-inspired tools of movement, breath, meditation and lifestyle habits. We honor the origins of classical Yoga philosophy and are committed to sharing with reverence, integrity, and accessibility for all. Our teachers are trauma-informed and offer choice and clarity in their use of language. We welcome you to find your way to the mat and to live your Yoga off the mat.
We offer a variety of class styles and embrace all paths of yoga: hatha, raja, bhakti, karma, and tantra. Our classes are designed with an emphasis on education and safety. We support a practice that meets the practitioner where they are. All are welcome.
