Personal banker was not personable, professional, understanding, charismatic or tried to help the situation further. She just wanted to get the process done quickly and get out the door as quickly as possible. Been banking with city for over a decade and what a shame it is to see a branch have such horrible inhuman behavior from an employee.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. The Citibank branch in Reston, Virginia is a complete disaster. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and acts like they're doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. Every time I’ve visited, I've had to wait forever, only to get incomplete or wrong information. Simple transactions turn into hour-long nightmares. They lose paperwork, ignore calls, and seem completely indifferent to customer needs. I wouldn’t trust them with a piggy bank, let alone my finances. Stay far, far away if you value your time and sanity.

One of the best branches I have visited, the customer service representative Farah is always professional and helpful. Her manager is always available to answer any questions in no time. Everyone is very friendly and eager to assist from the moment you step in, i wish i can give more than 5 stars

Manager implied I'd be covered after a zelle scam on my account. It was not covered by citi. I went back to call them out about it and they denied implying any type of help after the zelle loss. Citi then shut down my accounts after I dressed them down about lying to me.
Bush league operation.

Today Roxana Ramirez treated me like an old friend. I’m a long time Client and am always treated well. Farah, Zyav and Juan Carlos are always dependable behind the bullet proof plastic.

Was warned that this was the worst Citibank in America. Walked in and no teller available because “he’s on break and everyone called in sick”. 6 other employees just sitting around. Waited 30 mins. Roxana Ramirez was incredibly rude. Time to change banks

sorry to say, the employee from this branch has poor service and communication skill as provided on the reviews here, no wonder they're at 2 stars... i called them for one of their interest rate promotions, where the email explicitly provided you can do the promotion over the phone, and after repeatedly asking, he insisted that i have to come into the branch to open a new account with my ID. i hanged up and called another branch and got it done in 10 minutes. understand your own products better please
