Exo Apartments offers a vibrant living experience in Reston, featuring modern amenities and a welcoming community. Residents enjoy a variety of facilities, such as a yoga lawn, a large pool with a grill area, a rooftop deck, a community garden, and flex spaces. The building is designed with forward-thinking finishes, making each apartment feel luxurious. Many reviews highlight the friendly staff and excellent management, with residents appreciating the concierge service and maintenance team's prompt responses. The lobby is noted for its pleasant aroma, creating a positive first impression for visitors. Most residents report a smooth move-in and move-out process without major issues. However, some recent feedback indicates declining experiences at the front desk, with reports of rudeness and long wait times for package pick-ups. Despite this, the overall sentiment remains mostly positive, with many residents feeling that living at Exo feels like a vacation due to the resort-like atmosphere and beautiful design. Additionally, Exo offers a unique program that allows residents to rent their units as Airbnbs for up to 90 days per year, adding to the appeal of the community. While there are some complaints about guest parking procedures, the overall experience at Exo Apartments is characterized by a strong sense of community and high-quality living.
Thank you Svetlana Lanahan for the wonderful tour of the property and your warm inviting energy also. You were so knowledgeable and we almost made this the choice for us but we needed to be a bit closer to work. We wish you the best in the future and big hugs to you!

In my opinion, this is one of the best apartment communities in Northern Virginia. The community is welcoming, the staff is excellent, and the overall experience has been outstanding. I highly recommend Exo.
