Review:
Purchased a dining table from MOTI via HomeSquare and months later, it became clear the table was infested with powder post beetles. These bugs lay eggs in untreated wood and take time to emerge, which is exactly what happened. The company refused to help due to a narrow 30-day return policy—even though this is a serious and dangerous defect. I’m left with a deteriorating, infested piece of furniture. This company cuts corners and doesn’t stand by its product. Buyer beware.

This company is bad to do business with. We waited almost a month before we had the carrier to call to say our loveseat would take 2 weeks longer to deliver. The carrier Metropolitan freight is their carrier they use. The carrier they use makes the company Homeaquare look bad.
I will NEVER purchase from this company ever again. They also were hard to reach. They don't deserve even a 1 star

I wish I could give 0 stars. They sent my dresser, which in instructions, had to be glued together. I tried to return it within my return window and they wouldn't accept it back because i didnt have one of the original boxes. This box was damaged in the shipping process and also was glued shut so even if it hadn't already been unusable, after opening it, It would get ripped to shreds. Customer service is abysmal and does not help at all and takes multiple days to respond. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!

I purchased 4 swivel kitchen chairs that after 6 months they are loose and wobbly. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere as they only give you a 30 day warranty. I paid $1200.00 and am extremely disappointed that they can get away with their garbage.

Ordered 3 Bowery Hill Blanket Racks and they sent me a cheaper version from (Powell) that I could have ordered from another web-site for much less then I paid for the Bowery Hill! False advertisement for sure. Will be returning ALL 3. Not happy at all.

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. They promised my delivery on the 19th, pushed it back 3 times until I said no I need this immediately. When I threatened to leave a bad review, they cancelled my order all together after waiting almost a month after ordering. I should have listened to the hundreds of other horrible reviews! I thought ordering through Walmart would protect me but it did not. Buyers beware, this place is horrible!

The WORST company you can possibly order from. They sent us defective/broken dining room chairs - we paid $1,600 for a set of 4.I mean the WORST customer service for something at this price point that I have ever experienced. We tried to reach out multiple times and only received 1 response during those times that was totally insufficient. The rest of the times they ignored us.STAY AWAY - do NOT purchase anything from them.

My daughter and her boyfriend ordered furniture from Home Square and it has been a purchase from hell. They purcahse a dresser which was delivered defective, they said they sent a new one. Never got it. We called asking where it was and they said it damaged during delivery. Two weeks went by and never received the dresser. We asked for a refund and never got our money. They told us to go through affirm because we utilized their payment options. We did! Affirm said it has to be done by Home Square. Affirm keeps trying to charge us for items that we haven't received. It's been over two months, we don't have the dresser nor the refund.

I ordered a dresser for my room, specifically the "Levan Home Contemporary Wide 6 Drawer Double Bedroom Dresser in Oak" and it was not what i expected. It's so short which I should've measured before ordering. But aside from that, the material is very cheap and does not hold much weight. The bottom of the drawers started caving in after a couple months of use. Theres no reviews of any of the products on their website for a reason.I recommend you keep shopping elsewhere.
