One of my favorites. Visited with a friend from out of town. Good and service was great.

This place always looked crowded, and there's a good reason why.Quality and the presentation of the food were great. People were very nice. Service was prompt. I will definitely come here again.
Named after the beloved chef Bill Jackson, Jackson's is a nostalgic nod to mid-century Americana with comfort food classics and some unexpected twists (a la sushi) in an upbeat 1940s dinner house.

What could possibly go wrong with a restaurant that serves trendy contemporary American fare that echoes some beloved favorites? Think lemon meringue pie. And serves some mighty fine burgers: think pickles and crispy fries alongside. Nothing, and that explains why this Reston restaurant has become the hottest spot in Town Center, with twentysomethings hanging out and all others vying for tables. Named after the restaurant group's first chef, the late Bill Jackson, the restaurant and its menu pay worthy tribute to a man who saw that out-there American food equaled good eating. For starters, the stuffed eggs shine, but other possible best bets might be the lobster mac ?n' cheese. But don't fill up too quickly: your entrée of steak frites or an overstuffed lobster roll may be calorie-dense, and you really must save space for that lemon meringue pie. Surprisingly in such a busy place, service is speedy and courteous, and even more surprisingly, the tab won't knock your budget out of whack.
