Very surprised and disappointed by the rude behavior of one of the sales associates today. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted but it was bad enough to warrant it.

I love clothes from Loft. However, customer service in the store is awful. I was in there for 15 minutes, store was not busy, not once did anyone ask if I needed help. I stood in front of an associate, never acknowledged me until I spoke up. Disappointing. Please do better.

I was the lucky winner of the win a pair of jeans and denim tote contest. When I came into the store to claim my prizes, I met with the friendliest store manager who congratulated me and led me around the store to determine what styles and sizes I should try on. After selecting multiple pairs, she set up a fitting room for me. I happily found the perfect jeans for me. The entire process was pleasant and seamless. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location due to the great customer service, versatile styles and warm and inviting environment.

The staff is always helpful Sarah especially so brcause I have interacted with her the most on my recent visits. I have frequented the Reston store since I moved to the area I have never seen or heard the staff be anything less than patient and kind to customers and callers i mention this be cause or is a small store and can’t help to overhear “Interesting” conversations from time to time. Can’t imagine all they must deal with always graciously and patiently, and I can’t imagine anyone that works at this particular Loft being rude.
Another review mentioned limited sizes but I find a good sampling of what i see online. Not always in my exact size but the selection is not any different than any other stores that have multiple locations, if you really want something right away, you can usually go to another store close by and there is always online shopping with the benefit of seeing in store even if your size is not available, I also find great new items in my size before I see on line.
Easy parking too.
5 stars is well deserved !

I've experienced very rude customer service from this store sometimes, especially from the older associates. They act like customers are bothering them. Merchandise is limited in sizes. Better to go there to look at the clothes in person and then order online.

Being followed around the store by multiple employees is unacceptable. Maybe add shopping carts instead of assuming people are going to steal. Ruined my entire shopping experience there. Absurd.

Love love this store, but 1-2 staff could use a training in customer service. Specifically a junior manager. Often, most of the ladies are wonderful! Not this last time.

My neighborhood Loft since I moved a year ago. I love the brand, and so shop here a lot.The staff is always courteous, always willing to help and order/reorder items.Love living close to it. I buy all my work wear from here and have been doing so since a few years.
