I came in 15 minutes before closing for an emergency cardigan! Lisa was very kind and helped me find exactly what I needed. All other employees were courteous as well. Great Loft location!

Fantastic customer service! I have really enjoyed every employee I’ve spoken with at this location. I recently lost a lot of weight and had been struggling to find the right clothes for me. This caused a lot of returns and exchanges, but they never batted an eye. Everyone was friendly and I am a new Loft fan!!

Love love this store, but 1-2 staff could use a training in customer service. Specifically a junior manager. Often, most of the ladies are wonderful! Not this last time.
