“I changed my insurance and I’m not able to use the closer Lab Corp or Quest labs that I was accustomed to, seeing this lab was close and part of my insurance I decided to try them. The welcoming decor was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and the staff were all very nice. I received copies of my labs before receiving notice from my doctor’s office. I’ve gone to both their Sterling and Ashburn locations and had similar experiences.”

“I don't know how to spell her name, but Maira was phenomenal!!! My appointment was at 8:30, but she was ready and called me in at 8:25. She was professional yet had the kindest and amazing attitude!! She was the only one working but was very efficient; she moved with purpose! She mentioned how slow the system was, but had such a positive attitude and found a way to work smarter! This is someone who doesn't just sit there and complain when something goes wrong. She's that proactive problem solver you want on your team! Our interaction lasted less than 10 min, but she left an impression on me!!”

“I am always a very hard stick and lab work is traumatizing for me. Lab corps and quest couldn't even get my blood after 5 tries. My phlebotomist MooMoo was OUTSTANDING!!! she got it on the first try with no digging. Wish I could've brought her home with me! She deserves a promotion and will definetly request her for future draws. 10 out of 10 stars highly recommend if your a tough draw. ?”

“Very pleased with the personalized service.There is only one issue. I went to their Ashburn VA location. Google maps takes you somewhere else. In fact it took me to the Ashborough Luxury Apartments and I got lost. I lost 15 to 20 minutes to find the right place. Clinical Diagnostic Labs should either ask Google to correct their maps, or they should post a map on their website and ask customers not to follow Google.”

“I highly recommend. This is the easiest place to get a covid test these days. They do have you wait outside, but it allows them to serve more of the public. They give you the option of doing it yourself or having them do the test. Results came back the same day. Thank you to the staff for all that you are doing these days.”

I requested a butterfly needle and to lie down. Both were not a problem. Tanisha did my labs quickly, professionally and easily talking to me the whole time to distract from the process. “I live in md but was born in va. So getting a copy of my birth certificate is usually not easy on the fly, especially since there are still agencies closed to the public. I really needed it and it was quick and cheap. In MD it's $30 for my kids birth certificate each. VA is $12. ?. They are safe with social distancing and take your temperament at the entrance. I was done in less than 30 minutes.”

“I did look at the reviews before I went to this lab, and honestly, I was a little hesitant because of the unfavorable reviews, but I’ve been going back-and-forth the past six months and I’ve never had an issue with long wait times for disrespectful staff. I’m literally in and out within 15 minutes, even when there’s people there. The front desk lady also draws the blood, but that doesn’t take away from the quick and easy experience.”

“Nice and convenient! I was able to get a prime morning spot within a few days. Lab space is very nice. Tech was a pro - barely felt the needle. Check in process was smooth as butter via my phone. Definitely recommend. Note the location is tucked in the back of the Safeway store (I ended up buying $20 worth of snacks on my way out).”
