The welcoming decor was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and the staff were all very nice. I received copies of my labs before receiving notice from my doctor’s office. I’ve gone to both their Sterling and Ashburn locations and had similar experiences.”

“I don't know how to spell her name, but Maira was phenomenal!!! My appointment was at 8:30, but she was ready and called me in at 8:25. She was professional yet had the kindest and amazing attitude!! She was the only one working but was very efficient; she moved with purpose! She mentioned how slow the system was, but had such a positive attitude and found a way to work smarter! This is someone who doesn't just sit there and complain when something goes wrong. She's that proactive problem solver you want on your team! Our interaction lasted less than 10 min, but she left an impression on me!!”

My phlebotomist MooMoo was OUTSTANDING!!! she got it on the first try with no digging. Wish I could've brought her home with me! “Excellent experience! The staff here are helpful, friendly, and professional. Communication before and after the appointment was great. When you call, You actually get a person, and a nice and helpful one at that! They went out of their way to help me get my order from the doctor. The needle-stick for my bloodwork was perfectly smooth/expertly done. Results were in very quickly. I have nothing negative to say, really was a great experience and highly recommend.”

I requested a butterfly needle and to lie down. Both were not a problem. Tanisha did my labs quickly, professionally and easily talking to me the whole time to distract from the process. Only not giving this location 5 stars because their waiting room is much too small and there were several people that had to stand.”
“These women are angels from heaven. Had to get labs drawn for my three-year-old. He gets a monthly injection and routine immunizations and when those happen, it is a wrestling match with a lot of screaming and crying. they welcomed him in, showered him with stickers, and had the most calm demeanor. They walked him through exactly what they were doing and he didn’t flinch when they got the needle in his vein first try. It was the most positive experience we’ve ever had around needles and I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and accommodation of young children.”
“I am one of those who does not like needles. I mean absolutely terrified get sick when it is about to happen. But this young man who I thought was 23 or 24 was really 40 and he made that procedure so quick and easy. There are two men in that office that are absolutely amazing. He can’t go wrong with the sterling quest office if I could get more than five stars I would.”

“NOT A LAB TESTING FACILITY! This is a corporate building with no testing (per the security guard located inside). A paper with multiple alternative testing locations was shared immediately, save yourself a trip if you are looking for a testing facility.”
“I absolutely love this location. The staff here is great. Yolanda is by far the best phlebotomist I have ever had! So has helped me so much over the years with my anxiety of needles to the point I feel like I have conquered my fear (which was due to a bad experience in the past). Ria, from NJ, actually took my blood on this visit, and she made me feel at ease. Usually, I would feel nervous with someone other than Yolanda, but the way she spoke to me, as if we were friends, I did not tense up. These two ladies deserve a raise! Their calming techniques were top-tier. I wouldn’t go to anyone else or any location. Highly recommend!”
“Visited recently for lab work. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION and is co-located with Rose Wellness. This location is in Hunter Mill Plaza on the back side. In and out quickly. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. No appointment necessary. If no receptionist, read the notes on the table and ring the bell; tech will be along shortly.”
“I did look at the reviews before I went to this lab, and honestly, I was a little hesitant because of the unfavorable reviews, but I’ve been going back-and-forth the past six months and I’ve never had an issue with long wait times for disrespectful staff. I’m literally in and out within 15 minutes, even when there’s people there. The front desk lady also draws the blood, but that doesn’t take away from the quick and easy experience.”

“This review pertains to the Arlington Blvd location in Fairfax, VA. The medical personnel who took my blood was very professional, pleasant, and respectful. She was thorough verifying my information and went through the routine of asking whether the labels on the tubes were correct. She was able to find a good vein right away. I have very fine veins that’s why I appreciate it very much when the person taking my blood finds a good vein. Overall, I’ve always had a good experience at this location.”
