Never stood around "on the clock". 6) This last one takes the cake... allowed us to cancel very last minute (about 30 min before they were to show up) without charges or required rebooking at that time. A tiny little shelf peg fell off my headboard during the move. It is about the size of a thumbtack. It wasn't their fault that it fell out. They offered to replace it and I said don't worry about it.
