“Went to Reston branch this morning to get a Turkey sandwich. The server who prepared my sandwich was Sheriya. She was amazingly courteous with a very warm welcoming smile. Politely asked me what I nee to include in the sandwich etc. From to start to finish she was extremely nice and kind!Please let her know how happy I was and she is a role model for other employees. The staff is full of information and always offers an ear and solution. Seeing them made me feel good about my entire health journey. Today, I was able to walk to downtown for the first time in many years. This CVS has helped to make me healthier.”

“I will only deal with this pharmacy. My husband is on a lot of medications and they carefully check for interactions and may actually in this way have saved his life. The pharmacists are super. Grace goes out of her way to be helpful to us, and Ahmed helps with very practical advice (like, take blood pressure and if systolic is over 150 don’t take meloxicaml. None of my doctors could be that specific). The techs are also very kind and helpful. I do wish that CVS would hire more staff because they work very hard and at times the lines are long—but to their credit they never let it compromise the care they show each customer.”
“My wife and I shop at the Reston Metro Station CVS all the time. We love our store rep Logan and the Store manager Armando. They have such a great and friendly demeanor. They’re always helpful and informative. Armando took time to explain to me how the CVS Care system works and went as far as to show me some tips and tricks to save lots of money on my purchases through the CVS Coupon system. Also, the fun and light banter between Armando and Logan is refreshing. It brings a little extra sprinkle of joy to our visits and always leaves us with a smile. We shop exclusively at this CVS since we live so close and we are delighted that the store employs such great people to enhance our shopping experience.”
“They are decent in terms of service and being on top of vaccines. My only issue is that even though Virginia state recommends Covid vaccine for any age above 3 without prescriptions, they require prescription for age below 18, contradicting Virginia health department . I’d change it to 5 star once they change their outdated policy”
“This CVS has always been very reliable. Unfortunately, it may be out of their control due to corporate strategy - but it's very difficult to speak to a live person when calling in. That would make it 6 stars. I owe a shoutout to a gentleman named Sam. He is incredibly patient and often very helpful with all of my prescriptions for myself and family. Sam is the reason we continue to use this CVS compared to other pharmacies. He is the best!”

“I am very pleased with the professional and courteous service provided by Safeway Pharmacy at South Lakes in Reston. I know there are several pharmacists there, but I have dealt primarily with Elly, Mary and more recently Hope. I experienced a significant medical event three and a half years ago which led to a raft of medications, the prescriptions for which changed almost month-to-month during the first year or so of recovery. Elly was instrumental in accommodating these changes. When I transitioned from private insurance to Medicare, she was instrumental in providing me the information I needed to insure that different medications were properly billed to the appropriate Medicare plans. I find this pharmacy superior to several others with which I dealt, and have moved all of my pharmacy business here as a result.”

“I love this pharmacy! Prescriptions are always ready when they say they’ll be, or earlier. The staff is always respectful and helpful. I have a CVS much closer (I can walk to it), but I like the service and staff so much more at this Harris Teeter pharmacy. It’s worth getting in my car and driving there. I rarely wait to pick up a prescription. I love this pharmacy so much that I buy all my groceries there because I want to make sure the store stays in business - especially true, now that Whole Foods has opened a few blocks away.”

“Alisen deserves a raise. Whenever I do curbside pickup, she brings out the groceries quickly and efficiently.
The store was out of the ground beef I was looking for (and I rejected the replacement because I wasn't sure of the price). Alison took it upon herself to check the delivery truck to see if they had the ground beef I wanted (sure enough, they had it), and she included it in my curbside pickup. Talk about going above and beyond. Keep up the good work Alisen!”
