  I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have always found banking here to be a pleasant experience. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful, and they always take care of what I need with efficiency. I have nothing negative to say. Please give them a try.

  I opened an new CD account with Ms. Farahnaz Bahvi. She was very pleasant, and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised, how nice and helpful she was.
