I wanted to take the time to write this as I’ve rarely seen this level of Customer service from anyone in the banking industry. Koujo (Paul) this gentlemen does above and beyond for us on almost daily basis. He makes it so easy, convenient, and does it with a smile on his face every time.
We have called him right at closing time, asking for emails and transfers, he has provided us with all the info we need to make the right decisions for our personal and business backing.
I can go on and on about how great he is.

It was a very windy day today and it got the manager Maggie out of her office to keep the door from opening and slamming.
