“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“We came in on a weekday afternoon when it was medium traffic and were helped by Andrew who patiently assisted us in determining various sizes and types of paper and print styles needed for graduation photos for our boys using digital copies purchased from the photographer. They turned out WONDERFUL and at a fraction of the price. We had several different poses (twins) that we had selected and so we put him through quite the chore selecting and cropping the photos and picking the various sizes and papers. He was so great and kept up a positive, professional and humorous demeanor the entire time. We will definitely be back!!”
