“I recently had an item professionally packed and shipped from The UPS Store at Plaza America in Reston, and Jocelyn and Nicky delivered the kind of customer service every business owner hopes their employees provide. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. They treated my shipment with real care, made sure everything was packed securely and properly, and took the time to make sure I felt completely confident before it was sent. What impressed me most was not just how efficient they were, but how genuinely they seemed to care. They represented this store exceptionally well. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to customer service are exactly what build loyalty and keep customers coming back. The store itself is always clean, organized, efficient, and very well run, and employees like Jocelyn and Nicky are a huge reason why. If I owned this franchise, I would be extremely proud to have both of them representing my business. Outstanding service from start to finish. Jocelyn and Nicky are true assets to this location and deserve recognition for the excellent job they do. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“We came in on a weekday afternoon when it was medium traffic and were helped by Andrew who patiently assisted us in determining various sizes and types of paper and print styles needed for graduation photos for our boys using digital copies purchased from the photographer. They turned out WONDERFUL and at a fraction of the price. We had several different poses (twins) that we had selected and so we put him through quite the chore selecting and cropping the photos and picking the various sizes and papers. He was so great and kept up a positive, professional and humorous demeanor the entire time. We will definitely be back!!”
