“I recently had an item professionally packed and shipped from The UPS Store at Plaza America in Reston, and Jocelyn and Nicky delivered the kind of customer service every business owner hopes their employees provide.
From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. They treated my shipment with real care, made sure everything was packed securely and properly, and took the time to make sure I felt completely confident before it was sent.
What impressed me most was not just how efficient they were, but how genuinely they seemed to care. They represented this store exceptionally well. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to customer service are exactly what build loyalty and keep customers coming back.

“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”
